To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. We aim to process returns swiftly, and you’ll be notified as soon as your refund has been issued. Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective—in that case, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
